<<<All the mayonnaise that I've come across has vinegar as an
ingredient. Does anybody know about a brand that has an
okay kind of vinegar, or no vinegar at all? Anyone have
good experience with mayonnaise substitutes?>>>

You may want to do a follow up check but Best Foods lists the following
Mayonnaise's to be gluten free-
Hellman's/Best Foods real mayonnaise
Hellman's/Best Foods light reduced cal mayonnaise dressing
Hellman's/Best Foods cholestoral free reduced cal mayonnaise dressing
as long as I'm doing a list: also listed as gf
Hellman's/Best Foods tartar sauce
Hellman's/Best Foods Dijonnaise creamy mustard blend
for more info call Best Foods 800-338-8831
Also, be careful with tuna in water as most tuna in water has a bunch of
other ingredients that are questionable (yes, I swear- go read the label)
I use Bumble Bee Chunk White Tuna in Water- Diet Low salt
The only ingredients are tuna and water- that's all!
Use some homemade bread or toast with the tuna and the mayo above and you'll
toss that dry tuna and rice crackers so fast.....
Best Regards,
Leslie- NYC
