I have osteopenia.  I have broken two bones in 4 years.  I eat tons of dairy.  The doctor wants to put me on medication, which I  do not want to do.  I am getting another dexoscan in Dec.  If this shows the ostepoenia has become worse, they will  put me on meds.  I am taking calcium supplements that are gluten free.
