An interesting thing: I got a sudden onset, very painful, bladder infection last week. The doctor put me on Cipro, a powerful antibiotic. Since I finished the Cipro, my stomach seems to be healed. Before I got the bladder infection, for about three or so months, my stomach had really been acting up a lot; acid reflux, sour stomach, upset, etc. I had figured it was something that celiac people get (other people get it too, but celiacs get it a lot); a bacteria called H Pylori. I had been taking all sorts of enzymes to get rid of it, but it didn't completely go away...that is, until I finished the Cipro. Now it seems to be gone. A friend of mine who is a retired nurse thinks the H Pylori caused the bladder infection. Does anyone else have any thoughts or feedback on this?
