    I don't think this has been mentioned, forgive if it has:  We recently
bought the Presto "Pizzazz" pizza oven, and it works great!  If you're not
familiar, it isn't really  an "oven."  It's better than that.  It cooks out
in the open, so to speak, and heats from a unit on top as well as one
underneath both at the same time.  You can set controls to heat longer on
top or bottom.  It's recommended for 7 to 12 inch pizzas, ideal for many gf
crusts.  We used the crust from Kinnick and found 15 min. for top & bottom
(topping &  crust) worked great!  For crispy crust, add additional minutes
on the bottom setting.  They're just under $50 at Walmart, slightly more at
other places. I have no connection wwith Presto, Kinnick..., or Walmart
(actually I don't work for anybody).
