Several people inquired about the Vitamix machine I mentioned in my
recipe for carrot cake:
Call 1-800 VITAMIX (848-2649) for info.  The machine costs over $300 but
will do many things to render the life of a celiac more fun, as well as
ultimately economical in terms of time, and energy, nutritional value
per dollar and minute spent, etc.
I have no interest in this company.
