I got some great replies from the list about the NPR interview and your experiences with America's Test Kitchen's gluten-free cookbook The How Can It Be Gluten Free Cookbook.

If you missed it, here is a link to the NPR article and recipe samples for Dark Chocolate Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and the ATK flour mixture.

And here is the NPR Fresh Air interview you can listen to or download:

(Great information. Even if you don't buy the cookbook, this was pretty interesting because they talk about the challenges in working with gf ingredients and how they solved those issues.)

Our listmate Delia has tried a few recipes from the cookbook and said:
I made three things from the book. Their spinach and tomato lasagna, the eggplant parmesan, and the cheese bread. My family liked the lasagna and eggplant. The cheese bread tasted great was easy to make but my husband's complaint was it falls apart like most gf bread. It will not stay together for a sandwich, he tried toasting it just to eat it and it still wanted to fall apart. I turned the rest of it to bread crumbs which are very tasty.

Bill shared that there is a GF newsletter from ATK that we can sign up for:

Renee had rave reviews about the chocolate chip cookie recipe and liked the pizza dough.

Many shared that they would love to hear more from list members about their experiences (good or bad) with the cookbook, so please do share!
