Hi list,
        Does anyone have any experience with an automatic pasta machine? I want
to try my hand at making GF pasta and would love to find a good recipe. The
machine I would be using is a Betty Crocker "Pasta Fresca" machine in case
someone has any experience with it.

        Bette Hagman's latest (I think) book has a recipe but it calls for
dryed egg whites which I am unable to find anywhere.
