Hi Members,

I wanted to get the GIG Vendors Fair information off to you as soon as
possible and you will see it listed at the bottom of this message. Feel free to
download the Vendor Fair info and send it to friends and relatives in the
Seattle area who might like to buy you or themselves some treats and new
products. This is indeed a way that we can talk face to face with
manufacturers and vendors and to let them know of our preferences and encouragement.

If you can attend the National Conference on June 5th and 6th, go to
_www.gluten.net_ (http://www.gluten.net) and register or call the GIG office at
253-833-6655. Also volunteers are really needed for this event. Jump on
board!

Take care and be sure to frequent the restaurants that are participating in
the Chef to Plate Awareness Campaign for the month of May, which is Celiac
Awareness Month in the US. Go to _www.gluten.net_ (http://www.gluten.net)
too find which ones are participating and encourage them to continue their
menus even beyond May.

Thank you and I hope to see you at the Conference in Seattle.
