Does anyone know anything about Alkali?? In one ---'dangerous-- foods'
list that I read, it stated that cocoa processed with alkali should be
avoided. Yet, in another list that was for --'safe'-- foods, it said
that the common cereal 'Post Cocoa Pebbles' were safe. Looking at the
ingrediants on the cereal, one ingrediant is cocoa processed with alkali.
Any ideas on why alkali might be bad for celiacs??? I will summarize...
