My husband was diagnosed with DH in June of last year and I recall that
his food is tax deductible.  What form do we need to get to take this
deduction?  Do we need something from his doctor?  Also, what about
mileage?  We have to drive 80 miles one way to the health food store for
his food.  Nothing closer to us than Nashville.  Thanks in advance,
really enjoy the list.
