Hello wonderful listmates!

Just recently two of my adult sisters were diagnosed with celiac disease. My dad and I are celiac also. We have 8 girls, 1 boy ranging in age from 32 to 49. I have been gf for three years now-- what a lifesaver-- as well as I have subscribed to this list-- another lifesaver!  I would appreciate any advice, materials, references that you all may have that I can pass along to my family as they begin their gf learning and lifestyle changes.
