Many thanks to all who replied to my question about the lasagna noodles.

Brands that were mentioned include: Ener-G, Tinkyada, Fresh Fields/whole
foods, Dietary Specialists, DeBoles, Pastariso, Gluten Free Pantry,
Glutino brands. My mom (the one with the CS) called the store this
morning to ask if they could order the Tinkyada   (she likes their other
pastas, but we had never seen any lasagna noodles), and they said they
had just got a shipment in yesterday! (There weren't any last week when
we were at the store--not even a space for it) Talk about fate--asking
the question, just in time to find out bout them with the shipment!!)
