    This information was posted on this list/serv August 16, 2001. Many of
you were not diagnosed at that time.
    Information such as this is the prime reason I decided to print and
save, for future reference, anything that might be of value to me or someone
else with celiac. I encourage all of you to do the same. Yes, we can search
the archives but it is much easier to have the reference material at your
fingertips. I've belonged to the list/serv since May 21, 2004. It is my
primary source of current information. I now have 12 notebooks of materials,
divided into categories of Medical, Food, etc. There are various subtopics
with information in alphabetical order. All of these notebooks are indexed.
Yes, it takes time, but as a volunteer Resource Person for CSA, I can
quickly access information and send copies to others.
