Thanks to all who responded to my question about Banh Trang Rice
Paper. Apparently, there are a few different distributors of Banh
Trang Spring Roll Wrappers. On some packages the ingredients listed:
*rice*, salt, water while other packages list ingredients: *flour*, salt,
water.

It is possible that all Banh Trang Spring Roll Wrappers are made from
the same formula and only the packaging is different. Store owners
say the 'flour' in question is rice flour. Unfortunately, I cannot find

any manufacture address or phone number for Banh Trang to back
up this claim.

Some people used the Banh Trang wraps listing flour and did not have
any problems. No one reported any negative reactions to this product.
However, no one was able to say definitively that the 'flour' in this
particular brand of wraps is safe. According to Scott Adams' post,
as many as half of all rice paper products contain some wheat.

     >This includes both Thai and Vietnamese rice papers.

It seems only wraps listing ingredients: rice, salt and water are
known for certain to be safe.
