Has anyone had any success with food allergy testing beyond that for
gluten? I just had a new endoscopy performed after 4 years of very
careful GF eating and my small bowel is still very inflammed and that is
even when on 40 mg of prednisone daily. Obviously, I am still eating
something that is causing a problem. I don't eat anything from a box or
can. EVERYTHING is made fresh. I can do the elimination diet as the FAN
(Food Allergy Network) suggests but that will take about 8 months. Does
anyone know of a reliable allergy testing service, especially in south
Florida?
