After dozens of requests The Ruby Range Cooking School has added program a to meet the needs of those unable to come to Colorado - a six month course in gluten free cooking.

 

Each month you receive new recipes and an exotic ingredient to make a special dish.  Modules may be customized to specific allergens and schedules.
