I found out that cream and butter do contain small amounts of protein . I
understand that cream has about 2 percent and butter even less. Though the
labels on them say none. I also found out that there is more than one kind
of milk protein.. One person said that they could use (ghee?) Some could
tolerate butter and not cream... some both. Those that were extremely
allergic abstained altogether.
I am lactose intolerent and tested positive to milk allergy... though I
thought all I had to do was take lactate. That was wrong. My symptoms were
not hives but extreme hot flashes night and day that would keep me awake at
night.. thought I was going to die... did not know at the time that it was
the milk. Alot of study on the net and else where led me to the milk doing
it... Gave up the milk and now am symptom free. Thanks all Pepper
