As a practicing pediatric physical therapist, I would recommend the
following:

   - a detailed in depth neurological evaluation to determine if there is a
   change in neurological status
   - a detailed in depth physical medicine and rehabilitation evaluation to
determine a more holistic approach to her physical status and capabilities
   - a detailed in depth physical therapy evaluation. This may be done
through a hospital/OP facility as she may have a change in medical status
and unfortunately a school physical therapist is not allowed to address
these through the IDEA. Here is a site that may help you find a PT:
   http://www.apta.org/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Find_a_PT&Template=/APTAAPPS/FindAPT/findaptsearch.cfm
and
   http://www.apta.org/AM/Template.cfm?Section=ABPTS&Template=/aptaapps/speccertdirectory/selectccsform.cfm

*There *are so many different types of equipment that are available and can
be considered through a thorough evaluation with you and your daughter.

Good luck,
Greta
