Has anyone checked on the gluten-free status of Rumford Baking Powder? The
label reads, "Composed of the following ingredients and none other: calcium
acid phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch".

I am baking today, and this is the brand that I have available, so if you
know something, please respond.
