Hi Listmates!

For anyone looking for low-carb GLUTEN-FREE health bars - I was told by the
manufacturer that all of the ATKIN'S DIET health bars are gluten-free except
the Pralene Crunch. (I can't spell it of course)

The "Almond Brownie" (which may contain peanuts) is excellent! Cures the
Chocolate cravings  quick!
