Listmates:
First, allow me to whole-heartedly thank each and every one of you - the
response was overwhelming! In just 24 hours, I had well over 100
responses! Many of you shared, what I thought to be, some very personal
information, and Im grateful that you feel you can be so open.
Unfortunately, Ive learned that about 90% of you who responded are
currently in the same boat I am. The average nights sleep is 10 hours,
with naps.
Another 5% have been in our position, finding relief after any of the
following suggestions listed in the following summary.....
SUMMARY:
The majority of responses: Suggested I get complete blood work done.
Hypo-thyroid was a largest concern. Some other concerns were: mono,
CFS (chronic Fatigue Syndrome), anemia, mercury & heavy metal toxicity &
glucose tolerance. I was told to go to my regular medical doctor first,
then only seeking a "specialist" if they dont find anything.
A close second suggested: Vitamin B-12 shots (on a monthly basis)
and/or oral vitamins.
Other suggestions included: Going on a low-carb diet, fibromyalgia,
exercising regularly and depression.
I plan to make an appt with my Doctor for ASAP to get complete blood work done.
I apologize for not emailing everyone back personally.
I truly appreciate all your help!
Again, thank you all so much & I hope many of you decide to get your
blood work done also.
Please keep me informed!
