This is my first time posting on the list.  I've been reading so many
wonderful tips and things.  I was diagnosed celiac in Feb., and I'm wondering
about whether or not I can eat out at Chinese restaurants or not.  My family
(none are celiacs) would like to eat out Chinese, but I'm afraid to.  Is it
ok, what should I have?  what should I be aware of?  Please advise.
