Sorry about the late notice, but I've been hiding in my cave, working away.

The High Sierra Gluten-Free Support Group is meeting TOMORROW, Saturday,
October 16, 1999,  from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Nutrition Resources, 475
Hill Street, Suite C, Reno (corner of California and Hill Streets).  We are
honored to have as our guest speaker Dr. Dennis Yamamoto, GI specialist.  He
will be presenting a medical update on celiac disease.  Please, all those in
