"The Greater New Haven Celiac Group will hold a gf Cooking Demonstration on
Sunday, September 26 from 1 to 4 pm.  It will be at the Mt. Carmel
Congregational Church, 3284 Whitney Avenue, Hamden very near the Mt. Carmel
Connector.

Rebecca Bunting, one of our gourmet gf cooks will teach us how to make
Italian bread, Melba toast, croutons, calzones and single serving sized
pizza shells with one easy recipe.

Using nutritious ingredients and easy to find cooking tools, she will
demonstrate steps to delicious gluten-free baked goods.  Come and taste
samples.
