Atkins diet.

There has been a question about this diet. It is not a healry diet for
anyone to be on. Yes you may lose weight at first, but it can lead to
kidney problems, dehydration, and many metabolic imbalances that can
result in dealth. It would not recommend it for anyone, especially not
someone with any kind of absorption disorder like cd.

The best way to lose weight it is to do so slowly and through lifestyle
change. Gradually, increasing your activity and decreasing your dietary
intake. If you make only one change in both your activity level and
dietary intake within a year your lifestyle will become healthier and you
will lose some of the excess fat you are carrying around.

Take care and have a great day. If you have any questions feel free to
contact me.
