Dear Listmembers,
I've finally decided to take the plunge and have signed up to run a
marathon. (The Country Music Marathon down in Nashville this
spring--26 miles/ 26 country & western bands, it doesn't get any better
than that!) I'd love to know what products--such as power bars and gels
and sports drinks-- others have used for their training and whether they
found them helpful. I'd also very much appreciate any words of advice
regarding preparation/meals/etc. I'll happily summarize the responses.
