250 gms  (9 oz.)

'I do a lot of my mix in my bread machine.  Works well with those heavy
batters and can't create.  I just use a rubber spatula every so often to
rotate the mixture.  Also good to keep the flour content down to about 2
cups a  time.  Sometimes I split the batch in half.'
