I read with interest the recent discussion on canker sores, but did not
see a comment on what I seem to be unique in having. (According to the
doctors) After eating soy, and some other foods that I haven't identified
as being an allergen, I get tiny, black, raised spots inside my mouth.
They appear very soon after ingesting the food(s), and disappear normally
within a day. I feel like this is an immune reaction, but wondered
whether anyone else can shed some light on this strange phenomenon.
