Thanks to all who replied to my query. No one who has eaten there with
celiac has had a good experience. I was told that the meat has either a
marinade or a coating of spices (with wheat included) on it and that you
could not get a plain steak. Best advice was stay away form Ponderosa
unless you want to be sick!!      Susan
