Dear list mates,

As I understood, the amount of 10 mg of gluten per day is the amount
believed that "MOST CELIACS WOULD NOT RESPOND TO" and not the maximum
daily allowance, as can be understood from the following responds.
However, it is my opinion that NO gluten should be taken at any time.
