Dear Members,

There always seems to be some discussion about certain ingredients in
foods and cosmetics. There are 2 books I consider as valuable as my
gluten free cook books and shopping guides:

Consumer's Dictionary of Food Additiives
                and
Consumer's Dictionary of Cosmetic Ingredients
Both are by Ruth Winter, and both may be ordered on Amazon.com.

I have no financial interest in either party.

Good Luck,

Gwynneth Thomas
