Hi friends -

I'll be traveling to Miami next week for yet another of my son's surgeries
:(.  We'll be there for four days then we;ll be staying with an aunt in
Delray Beach and commuting to Miami for follow-up visits.  I'd like to know
of some good health food stores in which to buy bread, bagels, etc.  Anything
I take to Miami will be stale before I can eat it as we're staying in a hotel
for the first four days.  I'm hoping against hope, I'll be able to buy gf
bagels -  being Miami and all!!!  I'd even like to bring some home with me.
