I was pleasantly surprised when I found a, new to me, health food store in
this area (So Calif.). It is run by the folks that run Loma Linda Hospital
and schools. It is called La Sierra Natural Foods. It is at 1155o Pierce St.
in Riverside Calif. Maybe a little ride for those of us in Orange or LA
Counties, but worth the trip. It has the largest selection of Gluten Free
foods that I have run across in any major super food store. The manager is
quite knowledgeable about Celiac, and is willing to special order stuff that
we ask for.  Prices are around the same as a Mothers or other store of its
kind. I have no financial interest in this store except that I hope it does
lots of business so it can continue serving us.  Hugs Bory
