I remember reading on this list that rice vinegar is not GF because it
is made with wheat. Someone wrote in that one of the reasons sushi is
not GF is that the rice used for it is presoaked in rice vinegar. Yet I
see rice vinegar listed as an ingredient in some recipes posted on this
list. Is rice vinegar GF or not? Could someone please clear up my
