Hello,
Well, I found out that yellow urine after vitamins is common, especially
after water soluable ones (B Vitamins and Vitamin C). I feel a bit stupid,
it seems I was the only one who didn't know this !! :-} In fact, after I
thought about it, this has always happened after taking extra B Vitamins.
Anyway, it actually is a good sign -- in order to be spit out by the kidneys
it must be first absorbed by the intestines. If only I could feel so sure
about the fat soluable vitamins . . . (I feel defecient in something - though
its not as bad as it used to be)
Oh, also, dyes can do the same thing (though mine aren't dyed yellow).
