It seems that most people after diagnosis and going Gluten Free have had
elevated cholesteral levels.  Most not to a dangerous level.  Most
agreed this is due to the bodies ability to absorb after going GF.  A
few had lower  levels but only 2 or 3.  This reasoning of absorbing the
fats  makes perfect sense.  Thanks to all of you for your comments.
