Hello all,

thank you so much all of you who answered me! I wish I could answer all of
you privately but I got SO many Emails!

The most important thing while pregnant is to take Folic acid, this is
important for all pregnant women but even more so for us! It stimulates the
celldivirsion and help us to take up protein better.

Another thing is to eat as varied as possible to get all the vitamines and
minerals we need.

Guess that's it : ) The main thing though, try and enjoy these months as
much as possible, think positive and don't worry! : )

Oh, I almost forgot, for those who lives in countries where mealcards doesn't
excist in hospitals (as they do here in Sweden) be sure to talk with the
nurses in advance about your diet!!!!!!!! Our mealcards are a great thing,
when you arrive to the ward they let you fill in a card where you make a X if
you need a special diet as glutenfree, soyafree or lactosefree. You can also
write in you own words if there are other things you are allergic to, food,
medicine, flowers, perfume............ I think these cards ought to excist
everywhere! They sure makes the stay in hospital much easier! : )

Again, thank you so much! It is great to hear there are so many other
pregnant celiacs and mothers out there!
