I was just out shopping and saw a box of Macaroni and Cheese called Pastato
made by Idaho Supreme. It was labelled wheat free and gluten free. The
noodles are potato and rice based. The cheese mixture just had simple
ingredients - not tonnes of chemicals. I live in a small town so I am
assuming if it is available here it should be available most places. The
price was over $3.00 but worth it if it helps kids fit in! If anyone wants
more info on it I will go back and look - I didn't buy any as I'm waiting
for my daughter to outgrow her milk allergy first.
