Dear Listmembers, I have seen several posts after Thanksgiving stating that
people got sick and couldn't figure out what may have not been GF. I advise
everyone to check out the spices that were used, particularly in the
stuffing. I stupidly used Mc Cormick's poultry seasoning and then looked in
the guides for someone else and saw that some of their blends are NOT GF.
Luckily, I had no reaction and maybe it is GF. I will be checking. I looked
at the list of ingredients on it: thyme, sage, marjoram, rosemary, black
pepper and nutmeg. I will mix up my own seasoning for the next holiday.

Happy Holidays! Karen from NY
