For those who say that wheat starch is GF, I had a bad reaction with it.

I own restaurants and been eating tomato sauce there not knowing my Chef had
added chicken base that contained wheat starch.  Have been extremely weak
like before being diagnosed for one week and went more often to the john
until I discovered the culprit
