Here is the summary of all the Ener-G foods most coveted by people on
the list. Thanks to all who contributed!
1. English Muffins - 6 votes
Notes: Good toasted with butter and jam
2. Tapioca Bread - 4 votes.
Notes:
A. Also makes a nice French toast with plenty of egg/milk(or dairy
sub)/gf vanilla
B. Makes good grilled cheese sandwich with plenty of butter to keep it
from crumbling
C. Tapioca Dinner Rolls better than their hamburger buns
3. Plain White Rice Bread - 3 votes
4. Vanilla creme wafers, coconut macaroons, scones, ginger cookies, and
biscotti were given praise by most.
5. Pizza Shells - 2 votes
6. Crackers - 2 votes
Notes: Buttery on the tongue
7. Granola Bars - 2 votes
Notes: One member said they buy them in bulk, then it works out to only
.50 apiece, and freeze (you can eat them frozen too)
8. Brown rice pasta was good, but most mentioned Pastariso as a better
brand
9. One person purchases the rice and tapioca flours in bulk.

Someone mentioned Gillian's Foods, (781)-286-4095
www.GilliansFoods.com as a good place to buy rolls.
Most stressed the fact of toasting the bread to make it taste better.
One even went so far as to warn me of avoiding ALL the bread products,
as they reminded her of styrofoam! (g)
Also, Bette Hagman's flour mix is good.

Now that ordering form isn't so "daunting"! Thanks again to all! This
list is fantastic!
