Well, the verdict is in.  According to the responding listees, Chapstik is not
gluten free.  One confirmed this with the company recently.  Suggested
alternatives are:  Vaseline Lip Therapy by Cheeseborough/Ponds, Neutrogena lip
moisturizer, Vaseline, and Banana Boat Aloe Vera.

As with so many other things, chapstik is now 86'ed from my house!  :-)
