I contacted Garden State Sausage Co. about their Sweet Italian Sausage &
Bratwurst.  We saw their product at Costco/Price Club in Fairfax Virginia.
Was told by the Quality Control Department that there are no grain products
or derivatives in the sausage, they are Gluten-Free.
