Hi List:

Just a comment ... Clearer labelling is needed not only for us Celiacs but for
ALL food-sensitive individuals.

According to Merck Manual, some of the most common foods that cause allergic
reactions: eggs milk soy WHEAT nuts shellfish chocolate

According to a web page (www.foodallergy.org) there are 8 foods that cause 90%
of all food allergic reactions: eggs milk soy WHEAT peanuts tree
nuts fish shellfish

If I were a food manufacturer I would want to at least clearly label the above
listed foods. I understand manufacturers don't want to release their secret
recipe, but these hidden ingredients guised under "Natural Flavoring" is
wrong/harmful.
