Hi Again,

I am taking my son to a ped/gastro. next week. My plan is to insist on him
sending him for bloodwork. Here are the reasons I suspect a problem. Input
would be appreciated.

1. He is 6 years old and the smallest in his class
2. He was a full term baby weighing only 4lb 12oz
3. He was anemic from the word go.
4. He has "nerve" related washroom issues
5. He is hiding his bathroom problems.

I remember the feelings he is going through all too well to let it continue
if it can be detected and want to save him the emotional "beating up on
himself". I still can't believe how many situations I talked my self
through silently and the power one has over themself is great but in some
cases unnecessary. How liberating is it to be able to go to a movie and not
get up to go to the bathroom AT ALL! Sometimes my son can't make it out of
the driveway. Yes indeed, I do remember the days......
