Dear Listmembers, I am the poster who originally posted that I had called
Arrowhead Mills and they told me that their puffed corn was not GF. The
CSA food guide has it as being GF as of 2/97. I have been eating their
Rice n Shine for breakfast almost daily for about a year and a half now and
my stomach never seems to get any better. I am now wondering, since we had
another post today about one of their cereals being eaten frequently and
the poster having constant gluten ingestion symptoms, if Rice n Shine is
also contaminated. A fellow poster contacted me for their 800 number and
told me that the rep. says that no company can guarantee that their
products are not contaminated. I am going to contact them for a statement
and let the list know when I receive it. If anyone wants to contact them,
here goes:  -Arrowhead Mills, Inc.; P.O. Box 2059: Hereford, TX  79045;
800-749-0730, 806-364-0730, Canada-800-330-0730.
  I am wondering if any of you regularly consume Lundberg Farms Organic Hot
Brown Rice Cereal? I am going to call the company to see if it is still
considered GF, as the CSA guide's listing for it goes gack to 5/95. Has
anyone had any problems with Lundberg Farms products? Thanks! Karen from
Central NY, USA
