I've already been asked by people on the list for more bibliographic info
on the book by Anne Sheasby so here goes

As I said in my earlier post, I haven't really used the book yet so I
can't vouch for the recipes, but they look yummy.

My husband got the book in a local book store in their special diet
cookbook area.
