I'm sorry this is late, but a deluge of responses and a busy schedule
kept me from doing this until now.

A number of you included recipes and put a good amount of time into
writing response.  I won't be able to do them justice, but here goes.
I'm going to simply do a tally sheet.  Obviously, most of you had more
than one suggestion, and I have tried in include every suggestion here
in the tally.

Many thanks to all of you for writing.  I was moved by the number of
responses (35).

* Mixed nuts (12), including almonds, sunflower seeds, and others
* GF crackers (11), sometimes with jelly or some kind of butter
* GF pretzels (7) Glutano's was overwhelmingly mentioned
* Fresh fruit (7), including fruit salad
* Veggies (7), including raw or sliced veggies
* Jello/yogurt/pudding/applesauce (6)
* Cheese (6)
* GF snack bars (4), including Balance Bars, PR Ironman bars, and
     granola bars
* Jerky (4)
* Candy (4), including M&M's, jelly beans, GF jube-jubes, and hard
     candy).
* Rice sticks (3)
* GF cookies (3)
* Muffins (3)
* Rice cakes (2)
* GF bread (2), including toast or sandwiches
* Water (2)
* GF potato chips (2)
* Trail mix/banana chips (2)
* GF cereal (2)
* Herbal tea (1)
* Tuna (1)
* Mexican flautas (1)
* Joyva Sesame Crunch (1)
* Psyllie Snacks (1)
* Farley Fruit Chews (1)
* Boiled egg (1)
* Terra chips (1)

me plenty busy!
