I recently saw a box of this stuff and it seemed GF from the label. So I
called the company and asked for a gluten free list and they acted like it
was a common question.
and good news: most of their stuff is gluten-free!

here is the stuff that is NOT gluten free (contain vinegar):
Lemon Grass Salad Splash
Light Plum Spring Roll Sauce
Red Chili Dipping Sauce
Roasted Red Pepper Noodles
Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
Thai Barbecue Sauce

So that means EVERYTHING ELSE is GF.

I haven't seen these in any stores but you can order them
