Thanks to everyone for your replies on my question concerning gf hot
chocolates. No one knew the definites about fast-food chains and their
hot chocolate. One person named a restaurant that uses Giardelli which
is GF. Here are the brands I found out were gf, plus two recipes which
also look good. Thanks again!!

--We make our own choc mix and it is handy. Your restaurants could provide you
with the hot water and bingo you have hot choc. Recipe as follows: l6 oz of
non dairy coffee cream (gf) Carnation Coffee-Mate 8 qt dry non fat milk or low
fat dry milk 2lb choc instant mix (Nestle) and l lb of powdered sugar mix well
and store in airtight container. To use l/3 cup of mix to one cup of hot
boiling water. These brand names were GF when we last checked. A Jet Puffed
marshmallow (brand name) is also good as a topper to the hot choc.
--Here's how I make hot chocolate - it uses milk. Put one teaspoon of
Hersey's baking cocoa and one teasponn of sugar in a cup. Add just
enough hot water to make a loose mud, then add milk, stir and stick it
the microwave for 2 minutes. The end product is better than any of the
prepackaged mixes.
